Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. - Manage front desk operations including answering phones, handling inquiries, and directing calls to appropriate staff. - Schedule and manage appointments using our booking system. - Maintain client records and ensure all information is up to date. - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office organization. - Handle payment transactions and provide receipts for services rendered. - Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area. - Coordinate communication between clients and practitioners.
