About the Role We’re seeking a driven and persuasive Sales &amp; Business Development Executive to join our growing team at Instamedia. You’ll be the frontliner connecting with agencies and brands, pitching immersive solutions, and turning leads into long-term clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

<li>Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities</li>
<li>Present tailored proposals for our digital experiences and activation solutions</li>
<li>Build and manage strong client relationships from first contact to closing</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with our project, creative, and tech teams to meet client objectives</li>
<li>Keep up with market trends and competitive landscape in the BrandTech and Experiential space&nbsp;</li>
<li>Achieve monthly sales KPIs and assist in refining our go-to-market approach &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing</li>
<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li>
<li>Confidence in pitching to both SMEs and large brands</li>
<li>Self-starter with a results-driven mindset</li>
<li>Experience in creative agency, media, event, or tech-related sales is a plus</li>
<li>Bonus: Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn outreach strategies</li>
