<p>Conduct Thorough Research on clients and the industry before developing Sales Pitches. This involves utilizing various resources and strategies, be it desktop research or industry connections, to understand the market landscape,ie: industry trends and competitor analysis.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>Solution Oriented Sales Pitches for new and existing clients. You will lead conceptualisation of a Compelling Sales Pitch by leveraging on the research knowledge and matching it with our products &amp; services. This includes content ideation which can be done together with our in-house ideation team.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>Developing Sales Presentation. Sales pitches are to be converted into an impactful Sales Presentation under your supervision. It is your responsibility to ensure it  resonates with the client’s challenges and requirements. <br></p>
<p><strong>SALES TEAM MANAGEMENT</strong></p>
<p>Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Conducting regular team meetings, training sessions, and individual coaching to enhance sales skills and performance.</p>
<p>Train &amp; Assist the team in creating a customized sales presentation deck that increases the chances of closing the sales successfully.</p>
<p>Conduct regular performance evaluations, set objectives, and provide constructive feedback to team members.</p>
<p>Monitor effective payment collection. Driving team to communicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices if any, and coordinating with the finance team to address any payment-related issues.</p>
