You’ll be instrumental in supporting the planning and execution of conferences, webinars, and networking events that bring professionals together, spark industry dialogue, and drive business impact.

<h3>What You’ll Be Doing:</h3>

<li>Support event planning – Assist in organizing end-to-end event logistics, from setting event objectives and formats to post-event wrap-ups.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Content coordination – Work closely with the team to research industry trends, shape agendas, and identify potential speakers or panelists.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Speaker &amp; guest management – Assist with outreach, scheduling, and coordination to ensure smooth speaker participation.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Logistics &amp; vendor liaison – Help coordinate with venues, suppliers, and tech providers to ensure seamless event delivery.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Budget tracking – Support budgeting and cost control by tracking expenses and assisting with financial documentation.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Cross-functional collaboration – Work with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure event goals are aligned and met.&nbsp;</li>
<li>On-site/event-day support – Be actively involved in event delivery — managing registration, coordinating live sessions, and troubleshooting in real time.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Post-event analysis – Help gather attendee feedback and prepare post-event reports to support continuous improvement.</li>
