The Regional Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles within the assigned region. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs, sourcing and screening candidates, and driving the recruitment process to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and the company.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top technical talent within the region.</li>
<li>Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create comprehensive job descriptions.</li>
<li>Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to build a strong pipeline of candidates.</li>
<li>Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through direct sourcing and networking.</li>
<li>Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.</li>
<li>Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress.</li>
<li>Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.</li>
<li>Collaborate with hiring managers to refine recruitment strategies and address any challenges or issues that arise.</li>
<li>Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.</li>
<li>Manage candidate offers and negotiations, working closely with HR and hiring managers to secure top talent.</li>
<li>Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to effectively source and recruit technical talent.</li>
<li>Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.</li>
<li>Adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.</li>
<li>Continuously improve recruitment processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.</li>
