1) Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition

<li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings, sourcing, and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding.</li>
<li>Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategic hiring plans.</li>
<li>Conduct pre-screening calls, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the selection process.</li>
<li>Extend offers, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.</li>

2) Onboarding &amp; Employee Experience
<ul>
<li>Oversee and conduct onboarding programs, ensuring a seamless integration for new hires.</li>
<li>Manage the onboarding week schedule, including induction sessions and engagement activities.</li>
<li>Serve as the point of contact for new joiners, ensuring they are well-equipped with company knowledge and resources.</li>

3) Employer Branding &amp; Engagement

<li>Involve in career fairs, networking events, and university engagements.</li>
