<li>Address technical challenges within their specialization.</li>
<li>Execute clerical tasks, such as answering calls and preparing documents.</li>
<li>Carry out clerical responsibilities to ensure the office operates efficiently, including handling phone calls and emails, welcoming and directing visitors to appropriate meeting locations, and creating spreadsheets or presentations for leadership.</li>
