Job Description

 💌 What you'll be doing

• Oversee data management in spreadsheets and reports.
• Ensure records and reports are current.
• Assist in managing the budget plan.
• Coordinate and arrange meetings and events.
• Oversee staff and assign tasks.
• Address technical challenges within their specialization.
• Execute clerical tasks, such as answering calls and preparing documents.
• Carry out clerical responsibilities to ensure the office operates efficiently, including handling phone calls and emails, welcoming and directing visitors to appropriate meeting locations, and creating spreadsheets or presentations for leadership.

Job Requirements

•  Experience with accounting software and data entry
•  Experience in monthly corperate accounting tasks 
•  Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
•  Advanced knowledge and expertise in spreadsheet applications
•  Ability to work independently
•  Analytical skills
