<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive <strong>Finance Admin</strong> to support the finance and admin functions of our Singapore office. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Perform day-to-day finance operations in Singapore including accounts payable/receivable, invoice processing, and expense reimbursements</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation</li>
<li>Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes</li>
<li>Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents</li>
<li>Support the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts</li>
<li>Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities as needed</li>
<li>Handle administrative tasks related to finance and sales</li>
<li>Assist in other adhoc tasks<br>&nbsp;</li>
