<p>The Digital Marketing Specialist drives growth through paid campaigns on social media platforms to optimizing for leads, engagement, and ROI. This role collaborates with the creative team to craft compelling ads and uses tools for marketing automation, including EDM and auto reply workflows. It requires a results driven, detail oriented, and proactive marketer.<br></p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Architect, launch and scale performance campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and other growth channels.</li>
<li>Develop monthly acquisition strategies, budget frameworks and optimisation roadmaps aligned with company OKRs.</li>
<li>Set clear campaign goals and design lead flows that convert through structured automation and nurturing.</li>
<li>Produce platform-native ad copy with sharp messaging and fast hooks for Meta, TikTok and Google.</li>
<li>Analyse real-time performance data to refine targeting, test creatives and optimise for CTR, CVR and ROI.</li>
<li>Collaborate with designers and editors to deliver high-impact static and video assets.</li>
<li>Build and manage sales funnels using modern no-code and low-code tools, with clean tracking and analytics.</li>
<li>Create EDMs and automation flows using MailChimp while staying updated on new ad tech and growth tools.<br></li>
