<p>We are seeking a highly organized and discreet<strong> Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant</strong> to provide comprehensive support to the Director, managing both professional responsibilities and personal/family errands. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and able to maintain confidentiality while ensuring smooth daily operations for the Director.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:</p>

<li>Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.</li>
<li>Coordinate meetings, events, and communications with internal and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Assist the Director in managing and executing assigned projects.</li>
<li>Manage expenses, reimbursements, and basic bookkeeping tasks.</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.</li>
<li>Assist with personal errands and household matters efficiently.</li>
<li>Assist with driving the Director to scheduled appointments and locations.</li>
<li>Assist in special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned.</li>
