<p>The student filling this position will handle a wide range of important duties.&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Onsite support/Outsource for Jos respective business site with agree set SLA.</li>
<li>Onsite analysis, Diagnosis, and resolution of desktop problems for end users.</li>
<li>Identifies and resolves technical issues/research and recommended effective solutions.</li>
<li>Consults with higher level technical support to determine resolution/transfers unresolved issues to next level/subject matter expert.</li>
