About Us

<li>To supervise a team of operators to achieve production target and to ensure operation is running smoothly.</li>
<li>Attend and manage operators discipline and attendance issue.</li>
<li>To supervise daily production process, to control production output, to perform quality control and trouble shooting.</li>
<li>Responsible for production performance such as line efficiency, yield, wastage etc.</li>
<li>To liaise with Engineering Team for the machine improvement, breakdown and  Quality Assurance on the quality issues.</li>
<li>Maintain 5S (cleanliness) and safety at operation area.</li>
</ol>

This job is a Shift Leader who supervises a team to hit production goals while ensuring everything runs smoothly. You might like this job because you&#x27;ll manage operations, solve problems, and work closely with engineering to improve processes!
