You should also have a good technical knowledge to support the goals and programs established by the management team and come with a positive attitude and good initiative to grow and develop with company to become a world class manufacturer.<br><br></p> <ul> <li>Work Location :&nbsp;<strong>Shah Alam&nbsp;</strong></li> <li>Reporting To : Assistant Production Manager</li> <li>Working Hours : Shift Hours (7am – 3pm / 3pm – 11pm / 11pm – 7am)</li> </ul></div> <div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Key responsibilities</b></h2> </div><div><ul> <li>Responsible to comply and fulfil the requirement of Company Policy.</li> <li>Will be reporting to Production Executive in charged in shift.</li> <li>In absence of Production Executive, DCS technician will be reporting to Production Supervisor in charged.</li> <li>To operate, monitor, and controlling Distribution Control System (DCS) based on the SOP/WI/Reference, and instruction from Production Executive in-charged.</li> <li>Responsible to ensure efficient operation of overall plants including raw material unloading, processing plant, and finishing plant without neglecting the importance of quality and safety.</li> <li>To record process condition into the checklist periodically.</li> <li>Assisting Production Executive to compile and record the overall plant activities inside the logbook and daily report.</li> <li>To inform Production Executive/Production Supervisor of any deviation, failures or, malfunctioning of the system or machineries without delay. </li> <li>Communicate with other Production Technicians for on-site preparation, adjustment, or periodic sampling.</li> <li>Communicate with QC Technician pertaining in-process testing result, and verification of the result according to specification.</li> <li>To communicate, coordinate, and record the receiving of raw material, production outputs, waste generation, and utilities consumption.</li> <li>Responsible to handle SAP system for initiating and completing the process order.</li> <li>Responsible to handle the product labels preparation.</li> <li>Responsible in practicing GMP, HSE and 5S culture in the workplace.</li> <li>Responsible to ensure compliance to all management systems such as but not limited to HACCP, ISO9001, FSSC22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Halal.</li> <li>Responsible to ensure the cleanliness of the workplace and assisting the superior for value added tasks.</li> <li>Ad-hoc tasks as and when required/assigned.</li> </ul></div> <div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications and skills</b></h2> </div><div><ul> <li>Atleast 2-3 years of experience as a DCS Technician.</li> <li>Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent.</li> <li>Experience in handling Distribution Control System (DCS) system. (Yokogawa System would be an added advantage)</li> <li>Experience working in oleo-chemical and/ or Food industry</li> <li>SAP knowledge is a must</li> <li><strong>Computer Skills:</strong>&nbsp;The DCS Technician should be able to demonstrate general knowledge of using PCs and common related software.</li> </ul></div></p>
