Job Description

• Generate and send invoices / statements to clients accurately and timely
• Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collections
• Maintain and update customer payment records and account statuses
• Process and verify incoming payments, including bank transfers, checks, and other payment methods
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
• Prepare monthly statements and reports on accounts receivable status
• Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and payments
• To assists superior as when required
• Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline AR workflows

Work / Office Location: Solaris Mont Kiara

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage
• A minimum of a Diploma in Accounting / Finance or related fields
• At least 2 years of related experience is required
• Proficiency in MS Office and Accounting software (AutoCount)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
• Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Experience in the automotive, retail, or service industry is a plus
