You’ll be the link between our roastery and clients—whether you’re hosting tastings, connecting with cafés, or crafting thoughtful proposals, you’ll represent our values of Nestled Goodness in every interaction.

Client Relationships

<li>Build and maintain strong client connections through regular visits and follow-ups</li>
<li>Respond to inquiries and resolve issues with care and speed</li>
<li>Provide genuine, reliable service that clients can trust</li>

Sales &amp; Growth
<ul>
<li>Identify new business opportunities and nurture leads</li>
<li>Promote our curated blends and single origins&nbsp;</li>
<li>Deliver clear, tailored proposals and host coffee tastings</li>
<li>Support corporate events to grow brand awareness&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Collaboration &amp; Strategy
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with marketing on campaigns and launches</li>
<li>Work with ops to ensure smooth deliveries and logistics</li>
<li>Share market insights and competitor activity</li>
<li>Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports</li>
</ul>
<h3>What We’re Looking For</h3>
<ul>
<li>B2B or B2C sales experience (F&amp;B or coffee a bonus)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong communicator with a people-first mindset</li>
<li>Independent, organized, and results-driven</li>
<li>Passionate about coffee and eager to keep learning</li>
<li>Holds a valid driving license and open to travel</li>
</ul>
