<li>To receive and process all invoices, expenses claim forms and request for payment</li>
<li>To perform posting for accounts receivable and accounts payable</li>
<li>Involved in the preparation of Management &amp; Aging Reports (Costing or Accounting)</li>
<li>Liaise and follow up with business partners on sourcing and payment matters</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier agreements, and inventories</li>
<li>To carry out any other accounts or administrative assignment as and when assigned by Immediate Superior or Management</li>
