Our Culture

Kuvings Sdn Bhd (“Kuvings Malaysia”) is a privately owned marketing and distribution company for NUC Electronic Co. Ltd from Korea.

<p>1. Accounts Receivable (Fulfill E-Invoicing requirements)  <br>   a) Daily invoicing and billing for cash sales, retail transactions, credit notes, and debit notes  <br>   b) Daily updates on collections for online merchants and debtor payments  <br>   c) Payment processing for both online and offline merchants, including journal entries and reconciliations  <br>   d) Management of customer statements and aging of collections  <br><br>2. Accounts Payable – Daily entry of vendor invoices (Fulfill E-Invoicing requirements)  <br><br>3. Petty Cash – Prepare vouchers and claims for drivers  <br><br>4. Additional Responsibilities  <br>   a) Commission payments  <br>   b) Verification of claims (including receipts and claimed amounts) – for management and colleagues  <br>   c) Requests for warehouse stock  <br>   d) Monthly reconciliation of bank statements  <br>   e) Daily document filing</p>
