Job Requirements

JOB SCOPE

Maintain database accuracy

1. To key in new database from business card collection
2. To key in new database from email lead

Tele sales call

1. To make sales calls based on database provided
2. Introducing exhibitions that are related and follow up with email information
3. To arrange meeting appointments for those who are potential and in Klang Valley when applicable.
4. To visit to related exhibitions in Klang Valley to collect more database.

To create and to send EDM

1. To create HDML document (1page size) for electronic direct mailing purposes based on each show profile.
2. To blast EDM from software provided
3. Double check on bounced back email address
4. EDM to send to all profile at least once a month.

Servicing confirmed exhibitors

1. To follow up on payment
2. To send reminders for online manual forms (2 weeks prior due dates)
3. To assist on operation and logistic matters

Visiting related local exhibitions

1. Promote and sell exhibition space to related industries provided by company.
2. Employee is required to fly overseas for onsite assistance for clients when necessary.
