HR Intern – People, Purpose & Possibilities!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Get a behind-the-scenes look at HR operations – from recruitment to onboarding and beyond.
• Help organize employee records, update databases, and support documentation processes.
• Sit in on interviews and learn how talent is identified, selected, and welcomed onboard.
• Assist in planning company events and engagement activities – because happy teams matter!
• Draft job descriptions, update career portals, and help with internship and hiring campaigns.
• Learn how to manage leave, claims, and attendance systems – and why accuracy is key.
• Explore HR software and tools like Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and HRIS platforms.
• Work with different teams and develop your communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Job Requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
• A people person who enjoys supporting others and learning how the workplace works.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and not afraid of spreadsheets or systems.
• Good with words – whether writing emails or preparing announcements.
• Curious, reliable, and ready to grow with hands-on experience in the HR world!
• The Internship duration start from July or August.
