We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Workflow &amp; System Executive to support the company’s internal operations through ClickUp system building, lead allocation and tracking, and centralised email handling. This role involves hands-on setup and maintenance of ClickUp spaces and dashboards, assigning and monitoring lead statuses, managing incoming enquiry emails, and providing basic IT and system support where needed. The ideal candidate is highly organised, tech‑savvy, and able to maintain internal systems with clarity, consistency, and accountability.

Job Description:

ClickUp Setup &amp; System Management
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain ClickUp spaces, custom fields, dashboards, and views.</li>
<li>Manage ClickUp automations, user access, and ensure system hygiene.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot issues and ensure alignment with company SOPs.</li>
</ul>
Email Handling IT Support
<ul>
<li>Handle all incoming emails: log enquiries into ClickUp, assign leads, or redirect to relevant teams.</li>
<li>Support IT related issues, platform access, and liaise with vendors or internal stakeholders for troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Manage onboarding/offboarding and support ad-hoc admin tasks related to workflows, SOPs, or system maintenance.</li>
</ul>
Lead Allocation &amp; Tracking
<ul>
<li>Assign leads to designers based on internal workflow rules.</li>
<li>Track lead updates, flag delays or irregularities to designers, internal stakeholders or CS team.</li>
<li>Maintain clean data records and support internal dashboards.</li>
<li>Generate daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports for management review. </li>
</ul>
