Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable product/service solutions. 
• Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
• Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp & phone calls
• Prepare invoices & receipts for customers
• Manage and update customer records, CRM, and databases
• Track and follow-up on leads, appointments, and payment status
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotions and campaigns
• Support online store operations (if applicable—Shopee, website, etc.)

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Admin, Marketing, or relevant field
• Strong organisational & multitasking skills
• Excellent communication & customer-service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Able to work independently & as part of a team
• Positive attitude, responsible, detail-oriented
• Must have own car and be able to travel as required
