Our Team

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p><strong>1. Financial Reporting &amp; Analysis</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with MFRS/IFRS standards.</li>
<li>Analyze financial data, identify trends, variances, and provide strategic recommendations to management.</li>
<li>Ensure timely submission of all financial and management reports.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>2. Budgeting &amp; Forecasting</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting processes across departments.</li>
<li>Monitor actual vs. budget performance and provide variance analysis.</li>
<li>Assist in long-term financial planning and scenario modeling.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>3. Audit &amp; Compliance</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Liaise with external auditors for annual financial audits, ensuring smooth audit completion.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SST, income tax, company law).</li>
<li>Maintain internal controls and recommend improvements where necessary.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>4. Treasury &amp; Cash Flow Management</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Monitor cash flow, funding requirements, and banking transactions.</li>
<li>Prepare cash flow forecasts and ensure liquidity is maintained.</li>
<li>Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>5. Taxation</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Prepare tax computations and ensure timely submission of tax returns (corporate tax, SST, withholding tax, etc.).</li>
<li>Coordinate with tax agents and authorities on tax matters and audits.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>6. Team Supervision</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Supervise and support junior finance staff, reviewing their work for accuracy and compliance.</li>
<li>Provide training and guidance to ensure continuous improvement in the finance team.</li>
