<li>Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the executive.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in planning and execution of meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor and follow up on action items from meetings and ensure timely completion.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain filing systems and ensure records are up-to-date and easily accessible.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Act as a liaison between the executive and other departments or external stakeholders.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support in personal tasks and errands as needed by the executive.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and managing office supplies.&nbsp;</li>
