Job Description
- Set-up, installation, and commissioning of equipment at customer’s site
- Preferable electrical knowedgle
- Conduct training and provide after-sales service support to customers
- Perform calibration, create new applications for customers
- Carry out Yearly Preventive Maintenance and Calibration at the customer’s site
- Attend to customers' complaints/technical enquiries and take corrective actions within the targeted timeline
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers
- Able to handle multitask and work independently
Job Requirements
- The candidate should preferably possess at least a degree in engineering (electrical/mechanical) or related cert.
- 1- or 2-years experiences are preferable
- Based in Selangor
- Good trouble-shooting and analytical skills
- Two vacancies available (one for Mandarin-speaking)
- Training will be provided for newer
- Self-discipline with positive work ethics and behaviour
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to travel to outstation and oversea
- Possess own vehicle and willing to travel
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
