Job Description

•  Handle full sets of accounts.
• Overall General Ledger reconciliation.
• Treasury and cash flow management.
• Maintain and update necessary accounting records such as billing, invoices, cash flow, report and etc.
• Ensure data transmitted accurately in accounting system.
• Responsible for preparation of management accounts, statutory financial statement, variances analysis and review financial reports within stipulated time frame.
• Responsible for audit filling and tax filling. 
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management and assist superior from time-to-time. 
• Liaise with internal & external parties such as auditors, tax agent, company secretarial, banker, statutory body and etc.

Job Requirements

• Preferably working experiences in construction/developer industry is an added advantage.
• Competence in full set accounting, taxation and financial reporting.
• Education required : At least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance equivalent with professional qualifications (E.g. ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
• Experience required : At least 3 years working experience in related field. Candidate with prior external audit knowledge and experience will be an added advantage.
• Language proficiency : Must be able to read, write and speak in English, Malay and Mandarin.
• Required skills : Microsoft Excel, Word, Autocount accounting software.
