Your duties will involve coordinating with the respective vendors for support, onboarding new clients and users and supporting Logicalis employees. You will also be expected to enhance tooling and tooling processes, as well as identify and assist in automation to boost productivity. &nbsp;Support Responsible for managing the incidents, requests and changes assigned to the Tools team queues in ServiceNow and maintaining ticket hygiene consistently.
