Job Description

 What you get to learn:

• Exposure to a wide range of corporate legal matters within the food and beverage industry, including but not limited to franchise-related matters, corporate tenancy matters, commercial agreements, intellectual property matters, and general corporate advisory work.
• Hands-on experience in preparing and managing legal documents, agreements and general correspondence: Assisting the team in completing daily legal tasks such as preparation and execution of legal documents.
• Involvement in legal research and analysis to support the legal team on various corporate and operational matters.
• Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with various departments within the company on legal issues.
• Day-to-day legal administrative support: Assisting the team in filing of legal documents and maintaining organised legal records to ensure efficient office operations.
• Opportunity to undertake ad-hoc assignments and special projects as assigned by the legal team from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or any law related degree.
• Able to commit minimum three (3) months.
