Job Description

• Support the Export Sales Manager in managing overseas partners’ orders from order receipt to final delivery
• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Production) to ensure smooth order processing
• Liaise with logistics partners and forwarders on shipment arrangements and delivery schedules
• Prepare and ensure accuracy of export documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, etc.)
• Track order status and follow up on shipment timelines
• Assist in sales support activities, including order confirmations and basic reporting
• Coordinate product samples preparation, packing, and shipment to overseas partners
• Support smooth and compliant export operations on a day-to-day basis
