<li>Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Production) to ensure smooth order processing</li>
<li>Liaise with logistics partners and forwarders on shipment arrangements and delivery schedules</li>
<li>Prepare and ensure accuracy of export documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, etc.)</li>
<li>Track order status and follow up on shipment timelines</li>
<li>Assist in sales support activities, including order confirmations and basic reporting</li>
<li>Coordinate product samples preparation, packing, and shipment to overseas partners</li>
<li>Support smooth and compliant export operations on a day-to-day basis</li>
