Job Description

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets. Carry out Sales Strategies towards achieving Company Sales Target.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Marketing research and development
• Prepare Marketing strategies for brands
• Explore New Clients and New Brands
• Present Marketing Planning to Clients

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position but Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as well.
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Mandarin, BM)
• Self-motivated, independent, aggressive and result oriented
• Possess own vehicle and willing to travel outstation or oversea.
