RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>To provide customer service to contract customers in order to maintain customer base and maximize core service sales (maintenance, repair and spare parts) and customer satisfaction</li>
<li>To provide customer service to non-contract customers in order to maximize service sales and customer satisfaction</li>
<li>To provide regular feedback to Executive, Field Service in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Service Operations</li>
<li>To lead team of Field engineer and technicians for job scheduling and coordination.</li>
<li>To ensure the achievement of service sales target, profit margin and payment collection</li>
<li>To build up relationships with contract and non-contract customers</li>
<li>To ensure the accuracy of job costing and service sales forecast</li>
<li>Effectiveness in pursuing quotations resulting in high success rate&nbsp;</li>
<li>To maintain high morale among service department staffs</li>
<li>To promote service sales leads.</li>
