In this role, you’ll be helping customers through email, phone, and live chat, so strong communication skills in both <strong>English and Bahasa Malaysia</strong> are important.</p>

<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Manage incoming phone calls, emails and live chat.</li>
