Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Facebook Ads Expert to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Audience Network). The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of digital marketing funnels, creative testing, and analytics to deliver high ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
   
• Conduct audience research and develop effective targeting strategies.
   
• Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, copy, and formats for performance.
   
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting for best ROI/ROAS.
   
• Implement A/B testing for creative, audience, and bidding strategies.
   
• Track and report campaign results, providing insights and recommendations.
   
• Collaborate with design and content teams to align creative with campaign goals.
   
• Stay up-to-date on Facebook Ads policies, trends, and best practices.
   
• Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize return on spend.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
   
• Proven track record managing Facebook Ads campaigns with measurable success.
   
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and tracking tools.
   
• Experience with Pixel setup, conversion tracking, and retargeting strategies.
   
• Understanding of full-funnel marketing (awareness, consideration, conversion).
   
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics.
   
• Ability to work with creative teams to produce high-performing content.
   
• Certifications in Facebook/Meta Ads are a plus.
