Job Description

Position Summary

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to drive new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B technology sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to translate client needs into tailored solutions that deliver value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target industries.
     
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers.
     
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
     
  • Understand client requirements and work with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.
     
  • Lead contract negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals.
     
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences.
     
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
     
  • Mentor junior sales team members and share best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
     
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT, SaaS, or technology solutions.
     
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
     
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
     
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT solutions, AI, or digital transformation services is a plus.
     
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
     
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
