Job Overview:

Oliver Wyman is strengthening its focus on client relationship intelligence, and ensuring our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system reflects high-quality, accurate, and up-to-date contact data for our key client accounts.

We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Data Quality Analyst to work closely with the Business Impact Team (BIT) on a targeted data enhancement effort. This role will support the firm’s client teams by cleaning, verifying, and enriching contact records related to priority accounts. It is a contract role focused on structured data work and manual research, with coordination across internal stakeholders.    

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the BIT team on a defined workflow to review and process contact data for selected client accounts
• Liaise with Business Impact Managers and client account team Leads  to gather input on which contacts in CRM are relevant, outdated, or missing
• Collate suggested updates and work with the OW CRM team to update records accordingly, enriching existing client records; flagging outdated ones for removal; and adding new contacts as needed
• Share updated lists with OW’s internal research team and support verification of existing contact data
• As needed, conduct manual desk research to enrich priority contact records with missing details (e.g., job titles, roles, location)
• Coordinate with the CRM operations team to manage data downloads, template inputs, and re-upload processes
• Manage tagging, and segmentation as needed for our Client Impact Team usage and Marketing campaigns (eg Tier 1 contacts in Banking clients, Top 100 C-Suite in Energy,e tc)
• Managing audit and reporting, creating before/after dashboards of data quality metrics  

Experience Required:

• 2 years + prior experience working with CRM systems or in a data quality/research role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Comfortable conducting business research online (e.g., LinkedIn, company sites)
• Professional communication skills—able to liaise with internal stakeholders to clarify data gaps
• Familiarity with AI-powered enrichment tools (e.g., Clay AI) is a plus but not required
• Proficiency with Excel or structured data templates
• Ability to meet deadlines within a regional team environment
