Support the OCS related product design, testing and deployment. Also to ensure end-to-end data capacity management which includes IT capacity monitoring, network resource &amp; traffic trending, upgrade triggering, supporting Biz, network and Ops. Resource will also be required to understand BSS e2e and ultimately be able to assist in solutioning products for business, and translating the requirements into solid technical implementation. Key Accountabilities:<ul><li>Responsible for the Charging element’s detail design and is represents the Delivery team on (and/or company) initiatives’ execution and manage deliverables against business requirements.</li><li>Manage Converged charging and Billing platform and supporting eco-system(ordering, network, CRM,JNL)</li><li>Manage and ensure healthy platform to support growth for all lines of business. Timely build and expansion to ensure no congestion and no interruption to customers and services offered throughout the year</li><li>Ensure good quality to support business growth and good customer experience via routine performance assessment and optimization.</li><li>Assist in trouble-shooting faults by providing assistance when and where required by other teams.</li><li>Process Enhancement. Participate in improving existing processes by providing constructive feedback and assist to draft new process flows</li><li>Improve insights via in depth data analysis based across raw data, share with Business Units to explore monetization opportunities based on usage pattern by time &amp; by application/service usage</li></ul>What do you need for this role:<ul><li>Candidates must possess Degree in Computer Science or Telecommunication.</li><li>Total of 7&nbsp;Years or working experience and &nbsp;5 Years&nbsp;of relevant experience in similar capacity.</li><li>Experience in design, dimensioning, planning and development of the charging and billing system</li><li>Able to consolidate Data Product requirements from Business and translate / document that requirement into detailed technical requirements</li><li>Experience in IP interworking between Packet Core network elements with subscriber management</li><li>Experience in developing and solutioning for new services and products</li><li>Skills on troubleshooting tools (e.g. wireshark, dynatrace)</li><li>Personal traits: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, A self-starter, Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment and a team player</li><li>Experience in 5G and cloud would be added advantage.</li></ul>What’s next?<ul><li>Once you’ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
