Manage store performance in terms of creating conducive customer journey, speedy and effective resolutions and achieving quality and compliance to standard policies and procedures. To lead, motivate, engage and develop the team to have great service and performance culture. Be a Maxis ambassador who believes that face-to-face interactions play an important role in creating LIKE moments for customers. What are you accountable for?<ul><li>Lead the team to deliver&nbsp;well-differentiated customer experience in&nbsp;a&nbsp;Maxis Concept Store&nbsp;primarily by&nbsp;showcasing&nbsp;digital lifestyle solutions&nbsp;through in-store demonstrations and being&nbsp;a&nbsp;solutions&nbsp;advisor&nbsp;to the&nbsp;customers.</li><li>Ensure consistent&nbsp;high standards in terms of creating a&nbsp;dynamic retail store environment, cultivate the culture of&nbsp;constant innovation/experimentation&nbsp;and contribute&nbsp;in&nbsp;facilitating&nbsp;a constantly&nbsp;learning and sharing culture&nbsp;with&nbsp;active collaboration with the&nbsp;team members and key&nbsp;stakeholders.</li><li>Develop the team for Expert-level solutioning, providing&nbsp;personalized conversations with customers to enrich customer’s lifestyle and instrumental in delivering end-to-end walk-out-working&nbsp;experience&nbsp; .</li><li>Build a new retail environment enabled with&nbsp;Experiential journey&nbsp;demonstrating&nbsp;relevant&nbsp;solutions&nbsp;to&nbsp;create excitement for customers at every engagement&nbsp;opportunity&nbsp;leveraging both ‘digital’ and ‘physical’ capabilities and customer&nbsp;insights.</li><li>Drive constant&nbsp;learning&nbsp;and exposure to&nbsp;various external partners/solutions providers, advanced retail technologies&nbsp;in terms of delivering&nbsp;of lifestyle solutions&nbsp;and adapt to the world beyond&nbsp;conventional&nbsp;telecommunications.&nbsp;</li><li>Be a&nbsp;great ambassador of Maxis&nbsp;with&nbsp;fully&nbsp;customer oriented&nbsp;mind-set&nbsp;and a champion in delivering unmatched customer&nbsp;experience.</li></ul>What do you need to have for this role? <ul><li>Post Graduate Certificate / Diploma(Bachelor’s Degree Preferred)</li><li>Total Work Experience:1 year and above.</li><li>Total Relevant Experience:&nbsp;Experience in showcasing and conducting&nbsp;demonstrations preferred.</li><li>Tech savvy and computer literate.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient in&nbsp;Microsoft Office.</li><li>Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Strong verbal and written English&nbsp;language.</li><li>Obsessed with customers, hospitality, passionate about sales, competitive spirit, and understands people through interactive&nbsp;conversations.</li><li>Mandarin-speaking is an added&nbsp;advantage.</li><li>Personal traits: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, Creative, A self-starter, Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment, a team player and leadership&nbsp;qualities.</li><li>Curious about technology and lifestyle (eg.&nbsp;Music, gaming, travel and wellness).&nbsp;</li><li>No fraud&nbsp;cases/blacklist&nbsp;history.</li></ul>What’s next?<ul><li>Once you’ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
