Translates commercial priorities into sales plays and execution plans, ensuring timely rollout of products, propositions, and promotions. Oversees trade marketing, sales operations, and cross-functional alignment to drive execution discipline and maximize sales impactKey Accountabilities 1. Strategic GTM Leadership: Develop, define, and execute comprehensive Go-to-Market strategies for new products, services, and market segments, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market trends. 2. Business Operations Optimization: Oversee and optimize end-to-end business operations, including but not limited to sales enablement, customer lifecycle management, operational processes, and performance analysis, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, regional sales, channels, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of GTM strategies and operational improvements. 4. Performance Monitoring &amp; Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for GTM initiatives and operational processes, monitor performance, analyze data, and provide regular, actionable insights and reports to senior leadership. 5. Market Analysis &amp; Competitive Intelligence: Conduct thorough market insights, analyze competitive landscapes, and identify emerging opportunities and threats to inform GTM strategies and operational adjustments. 6. Process Improvement &amp; Automation: Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and sale transformation within GTM and business operations to drive scalability and reduce costs. 7. Team Leadership &amp; Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. 8. Budget Management: Manage the GTM and business operations budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives. Job Qualifications* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred.* Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in Go-to-Market strategy, business operations, or a related leadership role within the telecommunications or technology industry.* Proven track record of successfully developing and executing GTM strategies that have driven significant business growth and market share.* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.* Excellent understanding of telecommunications market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer behavior.* Demonstrated experience in optimizing operational processes, implementing best practices, and leveraging technology for efficiency gains.* Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.* Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.* Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.What’s next?<ul><li>Once you’ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
