This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive hiring excellence in a fast-paced environment.Recruitment Strategy and Planning:<ul><li>Work with Head of Talent Acquisition to implement effective talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.</li><li>Partner with business leaders to understand their staffing needs and provide insights on market trends and competitive landscape.</li></ul>Full Lifecycle Recruitment:<ul><li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.</li><li>Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.</li></ul>Stakeholder Management:<ul><li>Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.</li><li>Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring experience.</li></ul>Candidate Experience:<ul><li>Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and constructive feedback, maintaining clear communication, and fostering a respectful interview process.</li><li>Represent the company brand and culture effectively to potential candidates.</li></ul>Data and Reporting:<ul><li>Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and identify areas for improvement.</li></ul>What you need for the role<ul><li>Minimum 5 years experience in recruiting and talent acquisition</li><li>Sensitive with the latest hiring trend</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with people; confident and outspoken personality.</li><li>Passionate in emerging technology hiring is always the plus</li></ul>What’s next?<ul><li>Once you’ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
