(e.g. change request, generate reports, server monitoring...)</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance by conducting on-site visits to check and service the equipment installed at customer site</li><li>Manage open support case tickets between customers and principal / supplier</li><li>Perform root cause analysis for production errors and recommend improvements</li></ul>What’s next?<ul><li>Once you’ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
