Job Description

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including screening resumes, arranging interviews, and updating candidate databases
   
• Support onboarding and offboarding procedures
   
• Maintain and organize employee records and HR documents
   
• Assist in updating HR systems and tracking leave & attendance
   
• Coordinate internal HR events or activities (e.g. birthday celebrations, staff welfare)
   
• Provide administrative support in training & development programs
   
• Assist in drafting HR-related letters and documentation
   
• Handle general HR inquiries from employees and interns
   
• Any other ad hoc HR duties as assigned

Job Requirements

 We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support the daily operations of our HR department. The intern will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives. 

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field
   
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written)
   
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
   
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
   
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
   
• Able to commit for a minimum of [3 / 6] months
