<li>An Service Manager should expect his/her time to be devoted in the following four basic areas:</li>

<li>Transaction processing – 30% of the time</li>
<li>Operations – 40% of the time</li>
<li>People management – 20% of the time</li>
<li>Marketing – 10% of the time</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Participate in database management, such as collecting the correct customer data, verifying its accuracy, and implementing database-driven marketing</li>
<li>Follow-up and monitoring of the branch activities, staff performance, working atmosphere and quality of services provided</li>
<li>Creating and implementing new services and product ideas that follow the projects philosophy</li>
<li>Creating systems and protocols for the different aspects of the daily work of the branch including documentation</li>
<li>Maintaining continues communication and reporting to the Manager of SOD Branch</li>
<li>Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management of SAP system.</li>
<li>Oversee overall SAP daily report of WIPs, Insurance Orders and warranty submissions.</li>
<li>Regular meetings with Operations Manager in presenting the SAP reports</li>
<li>SAP - DBM - Parts Packages, maintenance packages and labor packages. Implementation of service maintenance modules</li>
<li>Other duties as speciﬁed by Operations Manager "as needed" basis.</li>
</ul>
