MHub revolutionizes the way property transactions work by providing digital solutions to manage properties, people, and processes more efficiently by shortening a typical sales process that could take up to 9 months to less than 1 month. Listed as one of the 12 hottest fintech startups according to Fintech News, MHub is to date, the only Malaysian shortlisted for the Google For Startups Accelerator Program. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Account Manager to drive our developer engagement efforts. You will play a crucial role in driving MHub’s growth by acquiring and managing relationships with property developers, agencies, and financial institutions. This role is ideal for ambitious individuals with a strong interest in PropTech, sales, and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Identify and engage with potential clients, including property developers, banks, and real estate agencies.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and upselling opportunities.</li>
<li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.</li>
<li>Present and pitch MHub’s solutions to clients, showcasing how our platform adds value to their business.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, and Customer Success) to align business strategies.</li>
<li>Track and report sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.</li>
<li>Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to build MHub’s presence in the PropTech ecosystem.</li>
