Job Description

 We are looking for a passionate and driven Human Resources Intern to join our team! This internship offers hands-on experience across key HR functions, supporting initiatives that impact our people, culture, and growth. You will gain valuable exposure to real-world HR operations in a dynamic and collaborative environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes
   
• Help maintain and update HR databases and employee records
   
• Assist with HR events and employee engagement programs
   
• Prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and documentation
   
• Ensure proper handling of confidential employee information
   
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team
   
• Participate in HR process improvement initiatives

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g.,BusinessAdmin, HR, etc.)
   
• Minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent preferred
   
• Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least [3–6 months]
   
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
   
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or relevant tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
   
• A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
   
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
   
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
