<li>Diagnose and repair mobile phones, tablets, wearables, and other handheld devices.</li>
<li>Perform standard repairs such as screen, battery, camera, speaker, microphone, charging port, housing, and other part replacements.</li>
<li>Perform motherboard-level diagnosis and component-level repairs, including soldering, micro-soldering, connector replacement, IC replacement, and circuitry troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot complex faults such as no power, charging issues, short circuits, liquid damage, display issues, audio issues, signal issues, and intermittent faults.</li>
<li>Conduct full pre-repair and post-repair testing to ensure devices meet Mister Mobile’s repair and quality standards before handover.</li>
<li>Complete assigned repairs within expected turnaround times without compromising workmanship and quality.</li>
<li>Record repair findings, parts used, repair actions, and post-repair test results accurately.</li>
<li>Support junior technicians and retail teams with technical advice, repair clarification, and complex case escalation.</li>
<li>Handle customer devices, repair parts, and tools with proper care, safety, and data privacy discipline.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workstation while following repair SOPs and company standards.</li>
