Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and exceptional customer experience.
  •  Maintain the highest standards of customer service, ensuring all guests feel welcomed and valued.
  •  Manage staff performance, scheduling, training, and development to build a motivated and efficient team.
  •  Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between the front and back of house.
  •  Lead by example, demonstrating punctuality, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude.
  •  Handle customer feedback, resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and hospitable atmosphere.
  •  Implement and monitor quality control measures, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to restaurant standards.
  •  Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost controls to maximize profitability.
  •  Develop and execute promotional strategies in coordination with the marketing team to attract and retain customers.
  • Hotel experience has an added advantage.


Job Requirements

- Demonstrated experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a comparable role within the hospitality sector for a minimum of 5 years.
- Strong capabilities in leadership and team management.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at managing interactions with customers and team members with poise.
- A vibrant personality with a positive outlook and the capacity to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
- Proficient knowledge of financial oversight, inventory management, and sales analytics.
- Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Please be aware that since Marco Creative Cuisine offers pork and alcohol, this position requires tasting and familiarity with our dishes, including those that are pork-based, for menu development and quality assurance. Consequently, this role may not be suitable for those with dietary restrictions concerning these items.
