<li>&nbsp;Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between the front and back of house.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Lead by example, demonstrating punctuality, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Handle customer feedback, resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and hospitable atmosphere.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Implement and monitor quality control measures, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to restaurant standards.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost controls to maximize profitability.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Develop and execute promotional strategies in coordination with the marketing team to attract and retain customers.</li>
