Job Description
- Manage listings, pricing, and promos on Shopee, TikTok, and website – track sales, analyze products, and research trends to boost performance
- Source new and trending products from China
- Liaise with Key Account Managers (KAM) from various eCommerce platforms
- Work with the content team to plan and manage live stream schedules
- Monitor content quality (live & video), feedback, and performance metrics
- Analyze platform insights to improve sales and customer experience
Job Requirements
- Experience in managing Shopee/TikTok marketplaces is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and a self-starter mindset
- MUST have good communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Malay
- Interest or background in home & living products is a bonus
