Job Description

•  Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
   
• Help maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documents (e.g., contracts, policies).
    
• Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
    
• Perform administrative tasks and provide general support to the HR department.
   
• Research HR best practices and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

-Self starter, independent and able to work with minimum supervision.

-Good written and communication skills in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. -----Additional language skills would be an advantage.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. (Excel and Powerpoint).

-1 Internship position(s) for duration 3 - 6 month(s).

-Able to start internship in Jan or Feb 2026
