Department Overview

The NPI DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) Engineer at Motorola Solutions is a lead role focused on optimizing new products for efficient and cost-effective production. • Cost & Productivity Management: This role is pivotal in achieving the company's goals for productivity, timely delivery, and cost-efficiency. The engineer will be directly responsible for identifying and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising on quality or performance.
