Job Description:Outlet Standards<ul><li>Reviewing and resolving obstacles towards achieving outlet standards.</li><li>Periodically review myNEWS outlet standards ensuring alignment of industry standards and customer needs.</li><li>Developing and executing sustainable processes by monitoring and enforcing outlet standards.</li><li>Accountable for achieving outlet standard targets within assigned region.</li></ul>Compliance<ul><li>Identifying weaknesses in compliance processes, exploring and implementing alternative ways improving compliance controls.</li><li>Identifying weaknesses in compliance processes, tighten compliance processes.</li><li>Accountable for achieving Compliance targets within assigned region.</li></ul>People<ul><li>Accountable in achieving required expectations of outlet standards, compliance, people and business results.</li><li>Developing clear action plans within span of control.
